Wendy Rule has released a beautiful video for her song ‘Eleusis’, from the ‘Persephone’ double album recorded and mixed at Toyland Recording Studio by Adam Calaitzis. This clip is very appropriately filmed on location at Eleusis, a historic place and the centre for worship for the Goddesses Demeter and Persephone in ancient Greece. The clip also features scenes filmed on the island of Corfu, where Wendy has been studying Greek language and immersing in culture, a dedication which informs the songwriting and performances on the ‘Persephone’ album to a really amazing level of detail – pretty special to have produced this. The song and clip also features lyrical cello playing by the graceful Rachel Samuel. Videography by Timothy Van Diest.
